The Opportunity
Doritos, Tostitos, Cheetos and N&S Brand Specialist Chile, is accountable for delivering brands business objectives by developing strategies and implementing them through effective and cross-functional teams. Full responsibility in Pipeline Innovation E2E process.

Responsibilities

Your impact
As Brand Mktg Assoc Analyst your scope will consist of
  • Innovation: responsible for planning and supporting portfolio vision´s creation within the context of PEP strategies and growth plans including innovation pipeline. Also responsible for assuring innovation targets working closely with the multifunction team.
  • P&L management: accountability for brand assuring implementation of projects and productivities on time, targets delivery and mitigation of possible issues. Also responsible for the correct brand information to build strong plans;
  • Insights: work with Insights in the conception and implementation of studies, researches and reports to address main Business Goals, also leading its application into action plans;
  • GTM / Sales + Operation: deeply understand sales dynamics and work closely with commercial team and field marketing positions in Chile to define priorities on areas/channels growth/defense plans. Follow sales and operation numbers acting when needed to guarantee end to end achievements.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor Degree: Marketing, Comercialization, Advertising, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering, Communications.
  • Proveen Marketing experience, preferably within consumer goods companies.
  • Marketing background: at least 2 years relevant experience in any combination of marketing, brand, innovation and/or shopper
  • Intermediate-advanced English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Tools: Microsoft Office – Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word
