Job Responsibilities:
- Studying the features of all products on offer.
- Leading the sales team by inspiring and motivating them to achieve targets and meet the standards required by the showroom.
- Driving up sales and profitability by proactively and reactively following up on leads.
- Negotiating prices and payment plans, and then closing sales.
- Training staff in effective sales and communication strategies.
- Striving to achieve sales targets.
- Providing impeccable customer service, particularly for more challenging or complex customer needs.
- Resolving strain and conflict between staff to promote a jovial and productive workplace.
- Documenting sales and rewarding employees for these accordingly.
- Managing suppliers, vendors, deliveries and inventory.
- Arranging stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.
- Ensuring that test models are set up and in outstanding condition.
- Supervising the use of test models to prevent damage.
- Providing update ideas and actioning changes to showroom displays and stock.
- Organizing in-store events and customer experiences.
- Understand and follow work rules and procedures.
- Participate in performance management. Attend company meetings as required.
- Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale.
- Uphold the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
- Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required.
Showroom Duty
- Take care of the showroom
- Supervise, supervise, coordinate, water system, electricity system
- Supervise and coordinate the atmosphere and decorate the place according to different festivals
- Control, supervise and coordinate drinking water, snacks and cleanliness of the showroom both inside and outside the building.
- Organize traffic to ensure the flexibility of the showroom.

- Organize the showroom test ride
- Control, supervise, coordinate, test driving vehicles to be ready for use at all times
- Control, supervise, coordinate, prepare documents for driving test consent
- Control, supervise, coordinate, explain the driving test route
- Control, supervise, coordinate, test ride and ride with customers
Riding activity & Safety riding duty
- Supervise, coordinate and coordinate the off-site driving test (private/government/university)
- Preparing to transport the test vehicle and equipment for driving
- Control, supervise, coordinate, prepare documents for driving test consent
- Design instructional procedures to suit the basics of the customer
- Design of testing grounds
- Prepare instruction manuals
- Control, supervise, coordinate, find a place for Touring activities (1 day trip & Overnight trip)
- Controlling, supervising, coordinating, controlling the driving process during touring activities
- Explore driving directions during touring activities
- Explain driving details when doing Touring (Briefing) activities
- Make a summary of the performance report each time (Customer Data)
คุณสมบัติ
- Thai nationality age between 38 and 48 years old.
- Prior experience as a showroom manager, minimum 10 years’ experience in both sale and marketing area in automotive business with proven performance and recognized achievement in managerial level.
- Ability to analyze forward marketing trends and align this into the long-term strategy.
- Degree in Marketing or any related field.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skill. Extensive experience selling comparable products.
- Be a result and after sales leader, entrepreneurial and hand-on in style.
- Working proactively and independently.
- Strong leadership, confident and mature personality with interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and create spaces that are engaging and welcoming.
- Top-notch training and mentoring skills.
- Outstanding teamwork, communication, and arbitration abilities.
- Proficient in writing and speaking English as well as computer literacy.
