Sanofi Consumer Healthcare is engaged in a transformation from a strategic, organizational and investment aspect, which impacts all our current and future marketing and business activities. To help fuel this transformation, we are looking for a CEE Trade & Revenue (T&R) Manager to join our Central Eastern Europe (CEE) team.
The role of CEE Trade and Revenue Lead is to design, develop and implement CEE revenue growth strategy. Accountable for zone & countries Commercial Policies, Pricing Strategies, Product and Customer mix management to secure profitable business acceleration. The T&R Lead spearheads a team of 10 people
Specifically, your responsibilities will be to
  • Design and deployment of analytics tools and procedures that identify and accomplish revenue growth opportunities
  • Drive efficiency & effectiveness incentive strategy across the channel and portfolio
  • Develop commercial condition strategy aligned with financial targets
  • Drive Route to market process (channel and customer segmentation)
  • Governance unifying settlements with clients in CEE markets
  • Work with Commercial leaders to define the criteria for the annual incentive plan
  • Cooperation with internal and external auditors
  • Engagement with regional and global projects
  • Drive continuous improvement and conducting programs and processes of change
About you
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Revenue Management in pharma
  • University degree in econometrics, economics or engineering
  • Highly collaborative with all cross functional partners
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent Excel knowledge as a must
  • Fluency in English language (written & spoken)
