Customer Care Representative (Ref: 230000XR)
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints received via the MTR hotline
- Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing correspondences and notices
- Assist in maintaining a database of customer enquiries
- Support large-scale public relations events and other activities as and when required

Requirements
- Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages
- A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in customer service industry
- Positive mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Hands-on experience in Chinese word processing
Remarks
- Required to perform duties on Saturdays
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
