We are looking for enthusiastic and professional individuals who are willing to expand their knowledge base and learn new skills and techniques.
As we are based on a wine estate, wine knowledge is essential although not compulsory.
A minumum of 2 - 3 years experience is required.
As part of the front of house team, your duties consist of, but not limited to :
Product and wine knowledge
Efficient service and behavior
Ensuring the guest experience is professional and courteous at all times
Responsible for daily waiter duties I.e. Cutlery, Glassware, cleanliness of store, etc...
Knowledge of Pilot would be advantageous
References are essential as checks will be done
Friendly and positive attitude towards the industry
Interviews to be conducted off site
