Job Description:

Responsibilities - your mission

SOEX - Value Stream and Process Improvement is looking for a Process Improvement Manager to improve the Customer Service Processes (SUPPORT-DOMAIN)

You will act as process improvement manager with following key activities:

• Moderating and supporting the definition of the communication strategy and ensuring its implementation
• Actively supporting the VSM team linked to administrative task pre and post Value Stream Mapping including preparation and management of transformation projects
• Actively supporting the Process Owner team in Hamburg and Toulouse linked to administrative task of there dedicated Process Management Teams
• Supporting on Airbus Business Requirement management across Customer Services
• Defining and creating of dashboards for key figures and assuring actuality of data using g-sheet, skywise, google data studio or equivalent
• Ensuring the visibility of the current processes, methods and tools (PMT) landscape and coordinating the improvement requirement collection for a future oriented PMT trajectory
• Supporting Process improvement projects
• Supporting AOS deployment in the team (SQCDP, Performance Management, PPS, 5S, Std Agenda, CnQ, H&S, Workflow Control Board, Hoshin Kanri, VSM)
• Supporting the creation of new processes (e.g. Innovation, Strategy, Customer Feedback Loop)

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

• Master's degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Informatics or similar qualifications
• Advanced level of google suite applications (e.g. sheet scripting, data studio, google page)
• Experience in Business Process Modelling (BPM)
• Strong knowledge in AOS and Quality principles
• Problem Solving: Open to new ideas and solution oriented
• Strong communication skills (clarity, consistency and adaptability to audience)
• Ability to challenge the “status quo”
• Project management: experiences with knowledge on LBIP, strong organizational and planning skills within a fluid and complex environment
• Ability to step back, understand complex information and simplify
• Fluent in English languages at negotiation level, other languages such as German or French would be an asset.
