Job Description
- Perform 12-month cash flow forecast on a weekly basis by entity through a cash flow model
- Work closely with related business teams to understand business requirements
- Monitor all current and projected cash inflows and outflows to ensure that each entity has sufficient source to fund the company's operations
- Summary of the company's short & long-term cash flow positions, related borrowing requires and available funds through cash flow planning
- Monitoring Loan Management by negotiating and reviewing loan agreements for the best conditions
- Benchmark bank performance in terms of facilities fees, interest rates, etc.
- Manage loan contracts of all entities to ensure compliance with all covenants and conditions under loan agreement
- Providing advice on financial matters impacting on the company as a whole
- Liaising with bankers and investors to maintain positive working relationships
- Oversee the extension of credit to customers
- Other relevant treasury business and support business departments regarding treasury issues
- Other responsibilities as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- At least Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in treasury management
- Detail oriented, decisive planning, strategic thinking and problem solving skill
- Eye for details with the vision to tackle big-picture problems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
- High responsible and strong team player and able to work independently
- Well-organized and reliable
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and English communication skills
